Warmest one so far, approaching sunset (due 21:04) and no need for the waterproofs.

Black Moss Reservoirs
Evening light on the reservoirs. I set off in good time to see the sunset on top.
The Steps

Ah well. I get to the top in 20 minutes only to see distant clouds spoiling the show. The bank of cloud on the left of the photo covered the UK the following day (Weds) bringing a little rain and much greyness.

What a racket! This chirpy fellow would not shut up. I think it's a Meadow Pipit.

I nearly always park next to the tree, but they've cut the tree down! Why?
Walkers: Just Me
Time taken: 1hrs 2mins over about 3 miles.
Route: Shortest route from the road, up the steps on the right and down the gentler slope on the left.
Weather and conditions: Clear sky, warm.
Greetings Count: I had the top to myself, I passed three walkers on the way up.
